Once I’m “no longer a danger to myself and others.”

I’m uh. Still having issues getting my firestarting worked out. Some days it’s easy and I’m like a human zippo. Other days? Nothing. And then there are the days when anything gets me emotional—happy, upset, whatever—and EVERYTHING COMBUSTS.

So yeah. Still working on that.

(I also think they’re a little afraid they didn’t get everything with the last mind-wipe and I’ll go nuts and kill everyone.)

….They should have contacted us. Johnny and I worked really closely to find out everything we can on being the Human Torch. Do you think We could visit? Or just Johnny?

I don’t see why not. Especially if there’s anything you could do to help me out.

And visitors are always appreciated. I have my visitor privileges back now anyway. (Mostly because James came in like he owned the place at one in the damn morning. I think after that they just gave up.)

I shall admit that without some kind of International or National crisis, and with Johnny, Ben and Frankie having a little “day” to themselves I have no life whatsoever.

I have quite literally, done everything that needs to be done. I even recalibrated the Fantasticar. Have you ever tried re-calibrating a Zero-Point engine? Hard to do it and not end reality. It creates a vacuum that sucks (very little, I hasten to add) energy out of the Universe. Congratulations, I gave the car an MOT and we’re all alive.

Someone, quick, engage me in conversation before I start to update everyone’s medical files even though the last I did that was last week.

If it helps, I feel the same way. My days are spent getting psychoanalyzed, having tests run, and playing tetris.

I think the S-pieces are permanently imprinted on the back of my eyelids.

Well, I only know what I’ve been told, which… hasn’t been much. James could tell you more than I can. But I was captured and weaponized by the Russians. Then SHIELD got me, and had to erase all the programming… and the easiest and safest way to do that was to just erase everything.

So…. that’s why I can’t remember anything.
